  We visited Sift twice while speNing a weekend in Mystic. All I can say is YUM!! loved, loved, loved the croissants, breakfast sandwich, cookies. EVERYTHING. Wish I had taken more than one bag of granola home, best l've ever tasted. Staff was warm and welcoming. Make it a definite stop.

  Aah...a Sunday morning at Sift! Presentation is amazing, place is spotless and take a look behind the counter to watch the pastry chefs creating. A croissant, lemon scone, or a sticky bun 'to go' on a walk though Mystic...feel the burn delicious calories. This kind of food doesn't create itself in a matter of minutes. I'll pay the price for quality. Best of luck to all of you, as you are doing an amazing job.

  Excellent bakery with an outstanding assortment of breads and bakery items. We purchased 5 separate items and each was so we'll done and flavorful. This will become a regular stop with each trip to Mystic. Wonderful to have such a quality bakery so close to home and am looking forward to seeing what breads and pastries they have next time!
