  I had a horrible experience today. I walked in and the lady (tiny girl) was on her cell phone and wasn't attended to for almost 10 mins. I was patient and kind despite the long wait and rudeness. I ordered a coconut smoothie with whip cream & a strawberry milk bubble tea. Order up and my strawberry milk bubble tea was not at all what I expected. Prior to ordering, I specifically mentioned what I wanted and she did not tell me she was unable to get my order right but instead passed my order on to the gentleman that was working with her which is why my order was probably messed up. I felt like I was at a McDonald's drive thru instead of a nice, comfortable cafe. She agreed to correct my order and pay $1.00 more because it had to be blended but instead of fixing it she blended my messed up tea with ice (chunks of it) and the drink came out tasteless- not even a hint of strawberries or milk. She told me to try it and see if I like it, I then told her about the chunks of ice and no taste. She fired back and said well I already gave you a 2nd drink , so here's a free drink instead. I explained to her that I paid over $7 for a drink that I did not want and she is giving me a free drink when I didn't even get the drink I wanted to begin with so therefore it isn't free. At this point I was already annoyed and impatient. I told her to forget it and just gave me the tea in her hand which I tasted in front of her and I said this tastes like raspberry tea , if I knew I was gonna spend $7 on raspberry tea I would've gone to the store and buy a gallon of raspberry tea for less than that. So I spent $7 and never got what I ordered-- Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea. To top it off, my sister's coconut smoothie was so SWEET! When I first ordered and asked if it was, she said it's not that sweet. my sister had to dilute it with water. They will not be getting any business from me , my family, and friends . Café's are customer service based, so I at least expected a refund or my correct order for 1) rudeness from cashier 2) incorrect order TWICE 3) having to pay to CORRECT my order 4) being an unsatisfied customer. Others may have had a better experience, but mine was just awful. Just don't go there expecting a 5 star customer service, because it most likely won't be that because I was not treated like a customer at all.
